Created for a 3-D Studies class at the Ohio State University.

Inspired by the Lyonel Feininger (1871-1956) painting Vogel Wolke.

I fabricated a steel base for the legs to attach to the main vertical support. The piece was constructed with Birch plywood, utilizing traditional (glueless) joinery methods for slotting the planes and PVC colored panels.

I was inspired by Cubist painting and attempted to 'explode' the 2d work into three dimensional space.
